The Central Selection Board (CSB) Bodoland Territorial Council incites application from the Citizen of India for filling up the vacancies of Grade-III posts lying under the following Departments in BTC area. In case of posts of Junior Instructor (Engineering Drawing) of ITI Department and Steno Gr-III of P&RD Department the Central Selection Board, Bodoland
Territorial Council is pleased to re-advertise for fresh interviews of posts as no suitable candidate was found in the last interview conducted for the posts as per advertisement made vide No. CSB/BTC-93/2013/4, Dated 16-01-2013 and No CSB/BTC-95/2013/5, Dated 24-01-2014 respectively in the Pay Band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of state Govt. of Assam from time to time. The educational qualification and other eligibility criteria for the pasts are as given below.

Last Date: 16-10-2014
(A)  Name of Post: Statistical Assistant under Labourand Employment Department, BTC.
a.       No of post: three nos. (No. of post may increase or decrease)
b.      Qualification: Minimum educational qualification is B.A/B.Sc/B.Com at least ine of the subject in Graduation- Statistics, Mathematics or Economics & Knowledge in Computer.
c.       Age: Minimum 18 years to 38 years. (Relaxation of age for ST/SC candidates as per Govt. norms)

(B)   Name of Post: Junior Instructor (Engineering Drawing) under ITI cum Craftsmen Training Department, BTC.
a.       No of post: one no. (No. of post may increase or decrease)
b.      Qualification:
                                                              i.      HSLC passed or equivalent qualification from a Govt, recognized Board/Institution.
                                                            ii.      3 years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Govt, recognized Board/Institution.
                                                          iii.      One year industrial / Teaching Experience is desirable.

c.       Age: Minimum 18 years to 38 years of age on 01.01.2014

(C)   Name of Post: Steno Gr.III under the P&RD Department, BTC.
a.       No of post: one no (No. of post may increase or decrease)
b.      Qualification: The Minimum educational qualification is HS passed from Govt. recognized Institutions and must have diploma in shorthand having speed of 80 in English and typing speed of 45 per minutes in English and 35 per minutes in Bodo/Assamese.
c.       Age: Minimum 18 years to 38 years of age on 01/01/2014 . Relaxation of age for ST/SC candidates as per Govt. norms.

How to Apply: The eligible candidates willing to apply for all the posts as mentioned above may apply by filling up the application form as per Annexure-I of this advertisement. The candidates who are in Govt. service or Public undertaking or other similar organization/ corporation/Board /Bodies must apply through proper channel and should ensure the receipt of his/her application in the Board’s office within the stipulated date of receipt of application failing which his/her candidature is liable to be rejected. Fees: All the eligible candidate applying for all the posts as mentioned above need to deposit a treasury challan (Payable at Kokrajhar Treasury office only) or IPO for an amount of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for OBC/ MOBC/ General Category and Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC candidates in favour of the Principal Secretary, BTC under the Head of Account-8443 Civil Deposit, Personnel Deposit, BTC Payable at Kokrajhar. In case of depositing of Challan the Treasury Challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury office only will be accepted.
