Applications are invited in Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette in Part IX from intending candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 and 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the posts as mentioned below which are lying vacant under the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam.
 Name of Post: Junior Assistant
No of Post: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
a)      Must have passed HSLC Examination or equivalent Examination from any recognized University/Board.
b)      Diploma in Type writing both in English and Assamese. (Preference will be giben to the Computer Diploma Holder).

Age: Candidate should not be more than 38 years of age and not less than 18 years as on 01.01.2014. The upper age limit is relaxable in case of SC, ST and Ex-Serviceman as per exiting Rules.

Submission of Application: Application in Standard Form together with self certified copies of all testimonials such as Educational qualification Certificates, Mark Sheets, Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate etc. should reach the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari during the office hours on all working days. The candidates must write on envelop “Application for Junior Assistant”

Examination Fees: Candidates are required to pay and amount of Rs. 5/- (Rs.2:50 in case of SC/ST) being the examination fees in the form of Treasury Challan under the Head of Account “0070-Other Administrative Service”. Copy of the Challan is to be attached with the application;

Photo: Candidate should have to submit three copies of recent passport size photograph, out of which one copy shall have to be pasted (not stapled) on the right hand top corner of the application form and be signed by the candidates himself/herself in such a way that part of the signature falls on the photograph and part on the application form. And other two copies shall be signed on the front side and attached with the application form in shall envelope.
      The applicant will have to furnish self signed bio-data on a separate plain paper along with application stating (1) Name (2) Father’s/Husband’s Name (3) Address for communication (4) Date of Birth (5) Educational Qualification (6) Other qualifications, if any (7) Case (8) Treasury Challan No. and date and (9) Contact Number.

Issue of Call Letter: The candidates may collect their call letters from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, on production of the any Identy proof from 01.12.2014 onwards, till the preceding date of examination. The candidates may also download their call letter from the official website http://nalbari.nic.in
