Name of Post: State Capacity Building and Social Development Specialist
No of Post: 1
Qualification and Experience:
1. Post Graduate degree in Community Development/Sociology/ Sustainable Development, Social work/ or nay other relevant field.
2. At least 5 years working experience in public, private or development sector on organizational development as well as in capacity building.
3. Excellent analytical skills and competency to train and advocacy skills development with proven ability to develop training and coaching tools/ curriculum, pre-and post- training evaluation.
4. Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point etc).
5. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
6. Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure of work.
7. Flexibility and working overtime as and when need.
8. Adept in writing proposals, report etc.

Name of Post: State Media and Documentation Specialist
No of Post: 1
Qualification and Experience:
1. Post graduate degree in Mass Communication, Media and other relevant fields from a recognized State/ Central University on full time basis.
2. At least 5 years of experience working in public, private sector/ development sector, working in development communication, IEC/BCC programs, etc.
3. Specific experience in developing IEC/BCC material and working plan in wash/ Health sector.
4. Specific experience in developing training module, concept note, report writing etc.
5. Knowledge in English, Hindi and local language.
6. Willing to travel extensively in rural areas.
7. Strong communication skill.

Name of Post: State SLWM Specialist
No of Post: 1
Qualification and Experience:
1. Graduate degree in engineering, planning or master degree in environmental science, water and sanitation or related field
2. 4 years of professional development experience n the Wash sector and significant project management experience.
3. Experience in implementing, designing or coordinating WASH in rural community.
4. Familiarity with community based sanitation programs. Knowledge of SLWM technology options and experience in implementing SLWM activities in rural areas.
5. Exceptional degree in integrity, judgment and lact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.
6. Fluency in English, Hindi and local language is necessary and desirable.
7. Willing to travel extensively in rural areas.

Age: The upper age limit is restricted to 45 years as on 01.01.2017.
