technologist course (AERB approved) for any recognized experience 2 years from
any Cancer Hospital.

Qualification: Higher Secondary (Science) with diploma in CT Technology
Course from any recognized Institute. Experience 2 years.
4. Name of Post:
Technician (Mould Room)

Course or Higher Secondary Science with Mould room training from any reputed Cancer Hospital.
Experience 2 (two) years.
5. Name of Post:
Physics Assistant (Technician)

Qualification: B.Sc. Passed with Physics, Preferably PB/dip in Radiotherapy
Technologist course from any recognized Institute.
6. Name of Post:
Statistical Assistant
No of Post: 1 No.
Educational
Qualification: HSSLC passed with Mathematics & Statistical with
Computer Knowledge.
7. Name of Post:
Medical Record Technician
No of Post: 2

Qualification: HSSLC Passed with Biology & Computer Knowledge.
Preference will be given to candidate having training in Medical Record
Technician Training in Govt. Hospital/Medical College.
Age: 18 to 38 as
on 01/01/2015 (upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per
rules)

Communication: Application shall be addressed to the Principal-cum-Chief
Superintendent, Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Narakachall Hill Top,
Guwahati-781032, Assam
and have to be sent/submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the
undersigned on or before 28/05/2015 during office hours. The name of the posts
should clearly be mention on the top of the envelop. Applications received
either be post or by hand after last date of submission shall not be accepted under
any circumstances.

Fees: The applications
should contain an application fees in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of
Principal-cum-Chief Superintendent, Gauhati Medical College & Hospital,
Guwahati of Rs. 150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only applicable for General
category and OBC/MOBC candidates and Rs.75/- (Rupees seventy five) only for the
SC, ST(P) & ST(H) category candidates.
Interested candidates shall have to filled up the
application form with required documents and Photographs (Colour) duly
self-attested please not that incomplete form shall be summarily rejected.
The name of the post applied for mist clearly be marked on
TOP of the envelop. Envelops which do not have the name of posts applied
writing on the top shall not be opened entertained.
